Bison in the Community is looking for a motivated and experienced leisure manager to operate the Planet Ice Milton Keynes site. The site strives to provide the best ice skating and ice leisure experience through a team who are passionate and committed to delivering a high quality and entertaining visit for all our customers.

To be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day management of the unit, ensuring the company’s Brand Standards and Values are maintained at all times and ensuring all legal requirements are complied with in accordance with all Legislation and Company policies.

Reporting initially to a senior management team headed by a Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the ice rink and management staff . The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated proactive individual who has a minimum of three years management experience within a fast-paced leisure environment, knowledge of the ice industry is preferred but not essential.

You will be responsible for identifying required staffing levels, recruitment of quality staff, induction and ensuring that appropriate training is delivered to all management and staff within the Unit.
