Due to a technical fault at Planet Ice Coventry, all sessions that were due to take place today (Sunday 14th November) have been cancelled. Planet Ice Coventry will be temporarily closed until further notice while we resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Customers who had a bookings with us today have all been contacted via email.
To make sure you do not miss out on a fun filled day of ice skating, you can use your booking at Planet Ice Solihull today or we will reschedule your booking as soon as we can open.
How to move my booking?
If you would like to move your booking to another date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking ID and the new date you would like to move to. You will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the booking has been moved.
If you are unable to make a new date, we will be available to contact to discuss alternative options.
