Inclusive Session

Our Disability Skate session is perfect for anyone with a disability or impairment who wants to get on the ice. We are looking to encourage anyone with a disability to come and try this session. We do not want to exclude anyone from being able to try this activity which has so many great physical and mental benefits.

Ice Skating
Our new session is designed to be adaptable and enjoyable for all. Every Thursday during term timetable we will offer disabled users £5 entry with one carer admitted for free. We also allow wheelchair users on the ice. If you would like to visit us as a group we do ask if you can call prior to your arrival. Ice Skating is a great activity to keep you active whilst having fun.

There are parking facilities available at all of our rinks. Please be sure to check the signs around the car park and building to ensure that you have paid for parking.

Drop off
There are drop off points located directly by our front doors. There are also bays to pull into to drop off.

Disabled toilet, café area, first aid room.

Wheelchair Access
Our front entrance is wheel chair accessible. Located as soon as you walk into our front entrance is our café area and disabled toilet. Our wheelchair access to the ice is via our ramp.

Sensory Visit
If you wish to visit us prior to skating then we will be more than happy to assist you with a tour of the rink. If this is something you require please call our box office on 01922 419594.

Assistant dogs
We welcome assistant dogs into the building.

Emergency Evacuation
We can explain our fire procedure on arrival and show you the nearest exits for wheelchair users.

Just come and have fun! We will assist you in anyway we can to make your visit enjoyable. Need the lighting lowered or the music turned down? We will try to help in any way possible.
