How to book
For anyone under the age of 18 that is Skate Excellence level 5 and above can access the Patch sessions. You can book Patch sessions now online only to start your journey back on the ice from Monday April 12th.
You will need to liaise with your coach to book a suitable Patch ice slot. The Coach will book ice slots and these ice slots called Patch will be released to their pupils to book onto. All Patch sessions are bookable in advance.
The new patch system allows users to book multiple slots in one transaction rather than buying slots individually.
If you have a previous Patch booking that you were unable to attend due to lockdown, you will be contacted with a new date and time for your missed session. If the new date and time given is not convenient for you, please get back in touch via email or contact us on our official social media platforms so we can do our best with making sure your dates are convenient for you.
All Patch memberships will be kept on hold until further notice so there will be no extra payments taken for your memberships until we are able to re-open to all customers, not just for under 18s. Once the memberships are taken off hold and the rinks can re-open to all customers, you will be notified of this so you know when your next payment will be taken out.
If you are under 18 and want to attend a Patch session, you will be able to Pay As You Go, until the Patch memberships restart.
Under 18s only PAYG option £8.00 per hour.
