Booking Confirmation Emails

Attention Planet Ice customers,

We are aware that some customers have not been receiving booking confirmation emails from Planet Ice when making a booking online for public ice skating, lessons, birthday parties & gift vouchers.

Don’t worry, if you have not received them, we can help you download your tickets by following the below instructions.

Option One

  1. Visit
  2. Login using your ice account details you created when purchasing tickets
  3. Once you have logged in, go to the Your Purchase History section
  4. Choose View Full Purchase History
  5. View your tickets in your browser by choosing the View in browser option.

Our development team is aware of the issue and they will be pushing an update out later this week.
